Currently, as part of the national project "Yashil Makon", tree seedlings are being planted throughout the republic. In particular, an active process of planting seedlings has begun in the Arnasay District of the Jizzakh region.

For reference, it has been two years since the start of the mass movement "Yashil Makon" in the country. During this period, over 1,200 hectares of green gardens and public parks have been created, along with more than 1 million hectares of green plantations along streets and sidewalks. From October 25 to December 1 of this year, the "autumn tree planting season" has been announced. During this period, 85 million seedlings are planned to be planted.

It is worth noting that in the Arnasay District, around fields, canals, along highways, and in 13 mahallas, 12,300 tree seedlings adapted to the region's climatic conditions, including mulberry, poplar, paulownia, and others, have been planted.

Additionally, approximately 6,000 mulberry and poplar seedlings were planted in three rows along the roadside of the main road on Chinor “Street” in the “Babur”mahalla, at a distance of 2 kilometers.

Within the framework of the nationwide project "Yashil Makon," 788,200 shrub and tree seedlings were planted in the Arnasay District during the current spring season. In this season, it is planned to plant 525,100 seedlings.
