State inspectors of the Farish district department of the Department of Ecology of the Jizzakh region held another raid.

During the raid, it was found that a citizen, I.N., had dug a well without proper permission and arbitrarily used a natural water body.

The offender violated the requirements of Articles 5 and 16 of the Law "On Nature Protection" and Article 115 of the Law "On Water and Water Use."

As a result, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the offender I.N. in accordance with part 1 of Article 74 of the Administrative Offenses Code of Uzbekistan, and a fine of 3 BRV - 990 thousand soums was imposed.
