State inspectors from the Ecology Department of the Kyzyltepa district, together with the district prosecutor's office and internal affairs officers, conducted a control raid in the desert area of the "Ziyokor" mahalla in the Navoi region.

 During the raid, a citizen named Sh.R. was detained for illegally extracting the sand and gravel mixture using an excavator under his control.

Based on this fact, a protocol was drawn up against citizen Sh.R. in accordance with Article 70, Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a fine of 10 BRV - 3,300,000 soums was imposed.
