Another violation related to dumping waste in an inappropriate location occurred in the Sergeli district of Tashkent. 

The situation was captured by surveillance cameras installed by the Central Dispatch and Online Monitoring Department of the Ministry of Ecology.

Following the investigation of the incident by the Tashkent City Department of Ecology, it was found that construction waste was dumped in the wrong place by a citizen R.S. in the territory of the "Daryoboyi" mahalla of the Sergeli district.

In relation to this fact, a protocol was drawn up against the citizen R.S. in accordance with part 3, article 91, note 1 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a fine of 5 BRV - 1 650 000 soums was imposed.
