On the night of August 14 of this year, state inspectors from the ecology departments of Tamdy and Uchkuduk districts, together with National Guard employees, conducted a raid operation.

During the raid in the desert area on the border territory of the "Shark" section of Tamdy district and "Uzunkuduk" section of Uchkuduk district, another violation was detected. It turned out that citizen K.A., residing in the Peshkun district of the Bukhara region, illegally exported saxaul bushes on a personal ZIL car.

In relation to the citizen, a protocol was drawn up under part 1 of article 79 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Uzbekistan, and a fine of 1 650 000 soums was imposed. The damage to nature was also determined at 32 340 000 soums. In total, K.A. will pay 33 990 000 soums for this violation.
