Inspectors of the Kasansay District Department of the Ecology Management in the Namangan region conducted another raid.

 

During the raid in the “Obodon” mahalla of the Kasansay district, it was found that citizen D.A. illegally extracted a sand and gravel mixture from the coastal zone of the Kitaysay river with the help of a Volvo excavator and loaded it onto a truck.

A protocol was drawn up against D.A. in accordance with Art. 71, part 1, and a fine of 30 BRV (9,900,000 UZS) was imposed for this fact.

In addition, measurements were taken by specialists on this section, and the damage caused to nature was estimated at 4,600,000 UZS. In total, D.A. will pay 14,500,000 UZS for his actions.
