The environmental department inspectors of the Navbahor district conducted a control raid in the desert area of the "Pakhtabad" mahalla.

During the raid, illegal sand and gravel extraction carried out by citizen Zh.Yu. was stopped by the inspectors.

A protocol was drawn up against the citizen in accordance with Part 1 of Article 70 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

It was established that Zh.Yu. caused damage to nature in the amount of 732,500 soums. A fine of 3,300,000 soums was imposed on him for the violation. In total, the citizen needs to pay 4,032,500 soums.
