The Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change, together with the Prosecutor's Office, the State Institution "Safe River" under the Ministry, and the Department of Ecology of the Kashkadarya region, conducted a raid on the Kashkadarya River flowing through the territory of the Karshi district.

During the inspection, it was found that a citizen of F.K. illegally extracted products from natural sand for a fee for personal purposes in the protected coastal zone of the river. To do this, he used a DOOSAN SOLAR 300LC-V excavator and a Kamaz truck.

As a result of the current situation, the requirements of Article 18 of the Law "On Nature Protection" and Article 18 of the Law "On Subsoil" were violated. The damage to nature amounted to 19 billion 433 million 914 thousand 337 sums.

For information, citizen F.K. has been repeatedly prosecuted for illegal extraction of sand and gravel products.

Also on the same site, the fact of illegal extraction of sand and gravel by a citizen of R.K. with the help of an excavator, CHAKMAN, and KAMAZ trucks was established. As a result of the current situation, the amount of damage to nature amounted to 22 billion, 155 million 780 thousand sums.

In connection with the violation of the law, according to paragraph "v" of Article 291 of the AC, the equipment was placed in a parking lot. In addition, the relevant documents were sent to the Prosecutor General's Office to give a legal assessment of the situation and bring the perpetrators to justice.
