On October 29th, information was received regarding a fire in the fields in the Akhangaran district of the Tashkent region.

In connection with this, a working group consisting of employees from the General Prosecutor's Office and the regional Department of Ecology was formed to study the received information. As a result of the investigation, no cases of fires in the fields along the "Tashkent-Akhangaran A-373" highway were recorded.

"During the investigation, it was found that in the evening hours, yellow light emanates from fluorescent lamps installed in the greenhouses near the "Yangi Angren IES" joint-stock company in the Akhangaran district of the Tashkent region, creating the appearance of a fire, — said Shahrukh Kholboyev, head of the Department of Ecology of Ohangaron district. — This light looked like fire. Now the territory is under full control of the inspectors."

In light of this, explanatory work has been carried out among the residents of the district, and appropriate instructions have been given regarding the legal responsibility for burning leaves, branches, or other plant residues in the fields along the A-373 highway. The area is fully monitored by state inspectors.
