World Cleanup Day. The environmental campaign, held every third Saturday in September, is aimed at uniting the efforts of society, the media, government agencies and private enterprises to clean up waste and keep the environment clean.

On this day, mass cleanup days, educational events, master classes on waste sorting and other events are held in more than 130 countries around the world.
