State inspectors of the Department of Ecology of the Khatyrchi district conducted a control raid in the desert area of the "Bugirdok" mahalla.

During the raid, a citizen named Y.L. was caught illegally extracting sand and gravel mix using an excavator under his control.

An administrative protocol was drawn up against the violator in accordance with part 1 of article 70 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Uzbekistan and a fine of 20 BRV - 6 million 600 thousand soums was imposed.
