Employees of the Ecology Department of the Kashkadarya region conducted another raid.

During the raid, illegally harvested reeds were found in the car of citizen H. Sh. As a result of the incident, damage to nature amounted to 300 thousand soums.

In relation to citizen K. Sh., a protocol was drawn up under part 1 of article 79 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a fine of 990 thousand sums was imposed. In total, H. Sh. must pay compensation for damages and a fine in the amount of 1 million 290 thousand soums.
