The next raid event was held by the Yangiaryk regional department of the Department of Ecology of the Khorezm region. 

During a raid on the territory of the "Bayot" mahalla, a citizen S.T. was detained, who illegally mined sand, which is a mineral.

A protocol was drawn up against the offender under Article 70, Part 1 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

As a result of the incident, damage to nature amounted to 2 million 70 thousand soums.  For committing this violation on S.T. a fine in the amount of 10 BRV - 3 million 300 thousand soums was imposed.

In total, the offender must pay damages and a fine amounting to 5 million 370 thousand soums.
