On August 28, the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change held a spiritual and enlightening event titled "New Life, New Uzbekistan."
The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan, Gayrat Madjidov, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor at the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi, Nurboy Jabbarov, winner of the "Friendship" Order, and the talented poet Fakhiriddin Khayit.
It is worth noting that Uzbekistan has witnessed numerous historically significant events for the country. Among such events, the Independence of Uzbekistan stands out as a prominent date.
This year, the 32nd anniversary of the Independence of the Republic is marked by organizational and practical, cultural and enlightening events dedicated to the main idea of "New Life, New Uzbekistan."
During the event, it was emphasized that independence revives the national identity of the Uzbek people, ancient history, rich culture, noble values, and extensive efforts are being made to ensure peace and tranquillity for the state and its people in order to build a healthy environment for the country's future.
It was also noted that the consistent measures implemented in our country to ensure environmental security, rational use of natural resources, and improvement of the sanitary and environmental situation contribute to the enhancement of human dignity.
Furthermore, the renowned poet Gayrat Madjidov recited a new poem titled "New Life, New Uzbekistan," emphasizing that outstanding works by national poets such as Alisher Navoi and Abdullah Aripov are dedicated to nature, existence, and aimed at preserving humanity.
It is worth mentioning that the decision made by the President on July 27 of this year regarding the preparation and celebration of the 32nd anniversary of independence is aimed at the consistent continuation of large-scale reforms on the path to independent development, the advancement of all sectors and spheres to a new level.
Reforms aimed at creating a New Uzbekistan, the foundation of the third Renaissance, economic development, ample opportunities for entrepreneurship, job creation, and ensuring employment for the population contribute to the well-being of the Uzbek people.
