Employees of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Forestry Agency under the Ministry, the Hydro meteorological Service Agency, and the regional divisions of the Ministry are participating in a training session dedicated to studying the new labor code.

The training session organized by the Center for the Professional Development of Lawyers of the Ministry of Justice is devoted to the issues of regulating labor relations, developing professional qualities in employees, and protecting labor rights based on the new version of the Labor Code that came into force on May 1, 2023. 

It is worth noting that during the training, it is planned to conduct seminars and trainings for the participants on topics such as the need for the adoption of the new labor code and its special aspects, the participation of trade unions in ensuring the labor rights of employees, and new mechanisms related to the labor contract and their importance. 

In addition, seminar participants will be informed about working hours, breaks at work, payment of wages, labor normalization issues, labor discipline, service inspection, implementation of guarantees and compensation payments, financial responsibility of the parties, consideration of labor disputes, and other aspects. 

The training will be held until May 6. At the end of the training, the participants will be given a certificate.
